Dr. Daniels graduated from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences and has been in practice for more than 35 years. He is board certified in Family Practice and is a Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians. As CEO of Slim Care, he is committed to helping patients improve their health through medical weight loss, proper nutrition, and affordable, high-quality care.
dr. Jeff Davis, D.O.
Dr. Davis graduated from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences in 1980. He has a longstanding interest in preventive medicine, nutrition, and endocrinology, with a special focus on how hormones affect overall health and weight. At Slim Care, he helps guide patients with practical lifestyle and nutrition counseling as part of their weight loss journey.
Dr. Gary Cannon, D.O.
Dr. Cannon graduated from OSU Center for Health Sciences in 1979 and has spent 47 years caring for patients in family practice in both Tulsa and Owasso. He is board-certified and well known to many local patients, especially those who remember him from Warren Clinic in Owasso. Dr. Cannon is deeply valued by the Slim Care team and by the many patients who trust his care.
